Job Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Delaware SLP License from the Division of Professional Regulation

Department of Education certification for SLPs in public schools

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

Previous school-based experience is an advantage
Job Duties:

Conduct speech-language evaluations and therapy

Develop IEP goals and implement therapy plans

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families

Document services and maintain compliance

Engage in team meetings and professional development
