Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and licensed School Psychologist to join a forward-thinking school district in the New Orleans area for the 20252026 academic year. This full-time contract position offers a unique opportunity to support students emotional, behavioral, and academic needs within a collaborative and inclusive school environment.
Responsibilities:

Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations

Participate in eligibility meetings and IEP development

Provide direct and consultative services to students, staff, and families

Support intervention planning, crisis management, and behavioral strategies

Ensure compliance with state, district, and federal regulations
Qualifications:

Masters or Specialist Degree in School Psychology

Active Louisiana School Psychology Certification (Required)

Previous school-based experience preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
