To become a school-based Speech Language Pathologist in Delaware, you must:

Earn a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Hold or be eligible for licensure through the Delaware Board of Speech/Language Pathologists, Audiologists and Hearing Aid Dispensers.

Possess or be working toward the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or be completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).

Be eligible for certification through the Delaware Department of Education for work in public schools.
