Your Impact as a School-Based SLP
In this role, you'll provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services to students across various grade levels. Youll work collaboratively with school teams to identify communication disorders, implement tailored intervention plans, participate in IEP meetings, and track measurable progress. Your support will be critical in helping students access the curriculum, express themselves with confidence, and improve their overall academic and social experience.

Applicants must meet the following state-specific requirements to be considered:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Texas SLP License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)

Texas State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC) may be required for some school districts

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply

Must meet all school district background check and fingerprinting guidelines
