Blazer Jobs is seeking a full-time, school-based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract role in Bellevue, NE for the 20252026 school year. The assignment runs from August 4, 2025 through May 21, 2026.
This position will focus on elementary caseloads across 12 school sites, supporting approximately 4060 students. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and prior school-based experience. Professionals with a background in special education and working closely with families are highly preferred.

Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Nebraska SLP license and ASHA certification (or eligibility)

Must meet all state and local regulatory requirements

School-based experience preferred

Experience supporting special education students and collaborating with families
Typical Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

Develop and implement IEPs aligned with student needs

Deliver speech-language therapy services in both individual and group settings

Collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, and support staff

Provide parent communication and updates on student progress

Maintain accurate and timely documentation and service logs

Support students using AAC and other assistive technology as needed
