As an SLP-CFY or CCC, youll assess and treat students with speech-language impairments, support IEP development, and collaborate with educational teams to improve student outcomes.
To practice in Texas, youll need a valid Texas SLP license or eligibility through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. CFY applicants should be finishing their graduate program and ready for supervised practice.
