Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct physical therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Assess and evaluate students motor skills and physical development needs.

Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families to promote student success.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning and goal development.

Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress reports, and service logs in a timely and accurate manner.

Support students in both inclusive classroom environments and specialized settings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
To be considered, applicants must meet all state and local requirements, including:

Valid Texas Physical Therapy License issued by the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate)

Current CPR certification (if required by the district)

Successful completion of a background check and fingerprint clearance
-
TB test and/or additional health screenings as required by the school district
