Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced and dedicated Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time role with school districts in the Riverside, California area. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to support students communication development in a collaborative educational setting. Contract renewals for the following school year will be based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech, language, and communication needs

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with communication disorders

Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress toward IEP goals
-
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning
-
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to state and district compliance standards
-
Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team planning sessions
Qualifications & Requirements:
All applicants must meet California state and local certification requirements for school-based Speech Language Pathologists, including:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Current and valid California Speech-Language Pathology License issued by the California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board

Valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered

Ability to pass a background check and meet district hiring requirements
