Job Requirements:

Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license

Must meet Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) requirements for school-based providers

Experience with K8 student populations preferred

Background check and fingerprint clearance required

Reliable transportation; mileage reimbursement provided
Job Duties:

Provide physical therapy services to students in Kindergarten through 8th grade

Work approximately 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling options

Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and contribute to IEPs

Travel between school sites as needed (mileage reimbursement included)

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student mobility and access

Maintain proper documentation and compliance with school and state guidelines
