School-Based Occupational Therapist Where Learning Meets Movement
Location: On-Site | Grades K8 | Full-Time

This isnt your typical school OT position. Youll be part of a team that values whole-child development, hands-on solutions, and therapists as key contributors to academic success.
What Youll Do:

Deliver individualized OT services that support student independence, self-regulation, and access to learning

Collaborate daily with teachers, special educators, and families to integrate OT strategies into real classroom life

Write and implement IEP goals that are clear, meaningful, and functional

Provide screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring

Design practical tools and sensory supports that actually work in a school setting
Who You Are:
-
Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state

Experienced or eager to work in schools (pediatrics or SPED experience is a strong plus)

An advocate for inclusion, accessibility, and student empowerment

Comfortable working in classrooms, hallways, and sometimes even on the playgroundwherever the need is

Organized, communicative, and flexible in a fast-paced environment
