Your Impact as a School Psychologist
In this role, you will assess student needs through formal evaluations and observations, provide data-driven recommendations, and collaborate on individualized educational plans. You'll offer counseling, support crisis intervention, and consult with school staff and families to foster healthy learning environments. To qualify for this role in Texas, you must meet the following criteria:

Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field

Valid Texas LSSP (Licensed Specialist in School Psychology) credential required

Familiarity with psychological testing tools, behavioral interventions, and special education procedures

Experience in IEP development and multidisciplinary collaboration preferred

Must complete all district-required background and fingerprint checks
