Your Impact as a School Psychologist
In this school-based role, youll serve as a key team member in evaluating student needs, developing interventions, and providing counseling or behavioral support services. Youll conduct psychoeducational assessments, interpret data for student planning, participate in IEP and eligibility meetings, and consult with teachers and families to build inclusive, proactive learning environments. Your work will be instrumental in helping students navigate both academic challenges and personal development.
Required Qualifications Florida
To be considered for this role in Florida, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field

Valid Florida Department of Education Certification in School Psychology

Experience conducting assessments, working within MTSS/RTI frameworks, and developing IEPs

Familiarity with state compliance standards and school-based service delivery

Must meet all district-level background and fingerprinting requirements
