A dedicated school district near Houston, TX is seeking a qualified and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join their team. This is a full-time, onsite-only position serving a K12 caseload. If youre passionate about supporting student communication and language development, this role is for you.
Position Highlights:
Key Responsibilities:

Implement speech-language therapy plans developed by a licensed SLP

Work with students individually and in small groups

Support progress tracking and data collection

Collaborate with school staff and families to promote student success

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
Requirements:

Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active SLPA license in Texas
-
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
