We are seeking skilled professionals who are passionate about providing virtual speech and language services to K12 students in a supportive and collaborative online setting.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:

Hold a valid Kansas Speech Language Pathology license

Possess a Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Hold a current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
-
Must meet Kansas Department of Education requirements to provide services in a school setting

Prior experience in school-based or teletherapy settings preferred
-
Reliable internet connection and proficiency with virtual therapy tools and platforms

Must pass background and fingerprint checks
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and therapy for students with speech and language disorders

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
-
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district standards
-
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams via virtual meetings
-
Participate in IEP meetings and team planning sessions

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local special education requirements
