Qualifications & Requirements:
To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Hold an active Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist license issued by the Minnesota Department of Health

Possess a Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Hold a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (Clinical Fellowship Year candidates may be considered)
-
Must meet Minnesota Department of Education licensure requirements to serve in school settings
-
Prior experience providing virtual or school-based services preferred
-
Proficient in teletherapy platforms and digital communication tools

Must pass required background and fingerprint checks
Primary Responsibilities:

Provide remote speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs

Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and screenings
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
-
Collaborate remotely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Participate in virtual IEP meetings and team planning sessions

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district regulations
