Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Job Requirements:

Active Delaware Speech-Language Pathology license

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Must meet all state and district background check and compliance requirements
Job Duties:

Provide speech and language therapy services to K12 students

Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and deliver individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress

Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation

Work closely with the school team to promote student academic and communication success
