Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced and tech-savvy Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time remote position supporting school districts in the Chester, PA area. Position Details:

Location: Remote (serving students in Chester, Pennsylvania school districts)
Position Type: Full-time, remote
Contract Term: 2025-2026school year, with renewal based on performance
Service Setting: Virtual/Teletherapy

Minimum Requirements:

All applicants must meet state and local certification requirements to be considered, including:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Active Pennsylvania SLP License issued by the State Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Certification in Speech and Language Impaired (PK12)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; CFY candidates may be considered with supervision availability
Up-to-date clearances, including PA Child Abuse, FBI, and Criminal Background checks
Previous school-based and/or teletherapy experience preferred
Proficiency with virtual platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, or teletherapy-specific software)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs
Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans tailored to student needs
Deliver engaging, effective teletherapy services to students in individual and group formats
Collaborate remotely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, progress notes, and reports
Participate in virtual IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
