Job Description:
In this school-based Speech-Language Pathologist role, youll work directly with students who have communication disorders that interfere with their educational performance. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), collaborating with educators and families, and delivering targeted therapy sessions. Your expertise will help students improve their communication skills, build confidence, and access their full academic potential.
Texas Requirements:
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an active Texas SLP license issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) or be in the process of obtaining one. School-based experience is preferred, and candidates must meet any additional local district requirements, including background checks and credentialing procedures.
