What Youll Do:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy in group and one-on-one settings.
- Track progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff.
- Maintain documentation in compliance with school policies.
What You Need:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Virginia SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Experience in a K-12 school setting is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
