Position Details:
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs

Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to develop and implement IEP goals

Conduct assessments and document student progress in compliance with district and state standards

Provide consultation and training to school staff on OT strategies and accommodations
-
Participate in team meetings, professional development, and district initiatives
Requirements:

Valid OT license in Virginia

Experience working with K12 student populations in school settings preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
