Position Details:
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions tailored to student needs

Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEP goals

Perform assessments and document progress according to district and state requirements

Provide consultation and training to school staff on strategies and accommodations

Participate in professional development and team meetings
Requirements:

Valid Maryland OT license or eligible for licensure

Experience working with K12 students in a school setting preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
