Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Yuma, Arizona, to hire a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for the 20252026 school year. This onsite position offers the opportunity to support K12 students in achieving their physical therapy goals through individualized care and collaboration with educational teams.
Job Description:
The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to:

Implement treatment plans to help students improve mobility, strength, coordination, and motor development

Assist in evaluating student progress and adapting therapy interventions accordingly

Maintain accurate records and collaborate with therapists, teachers, and families

Support students in both individual and group settings across various school campuses
Requirements:

Associates degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Active Arizona PTA license
-
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
-
Must be comfortable working onsite with students in educational environments
