Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Seaford, Delaware, to fill a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position for the 20252026 school year. This is an in-person role working with students who require speech and language support, including potential AAC device users.
Assignment Details:

Hours: 35 hours per week

Setting: Onsite, school-based
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations

Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team

Provide direct therapy services to students
-
Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
-
Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
-
Support students using AAC devices (experience with AAC is a plus)
Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Delaware SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

Prior school-based experience preferred

Experience or familiarity with AAC devices is a plus
