Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are actively seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district near Clayton, NC for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite role working with a diverse K12 student population.
Position Overview:

Location: Near Clayton, NC

Caseload: K12 students

Setting: Onsite only

Schedule: Full-time, contract for the full school year
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students speech and language needs
-
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students
-
Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote student progress
-
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Requirements:
-
Masters Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
-
Active North Carolina SLP License
-
ASHA CCCs preferred; CFYs also considered with supervision
-
Previous school-based experience is a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills
