What Youll Be Doing
As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Fort Myers, youll assess and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders. You will work closely with educators, families, and school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and support each students ability to succeed academically and socially.
Qualifications and Licensure
To be considered for this position, candidates must hold or be eligible for a valid Florida Speech-Language Pathology license. A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders is required. CCC-SLP is preferred, though Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered depending on district support. Previous school-based experience is appreciated but not required.
