Job Description:
As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with students across grade levels to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Youll collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and ensure every student has the tools to succeed academically and socially. This position requires compassion, clinical skill, and a collaborative mindset to support students with diverse communication needs.
Texas State Requirements:
Candidates must have a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology and hold a current license through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). Additionally, a Texas Education Agency (TEA) certification is required for work in public schools. All applicants must be able to pass background checks and any district-specific credentialing processes.
