What Youll Be Doing
As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Harford County, you will assess and support students with speech, language, and communication disorders. Your work will include direct therapy, evaluations, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to help students succeed in school and beyond.
Qualifications and Licensure
To be considered for this position, candidates must hold or be eligible for a Maryland Speech-Language Pathology license. A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders is required. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred, though Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered with appropriate supervision. Prior school-based experience is helpful but not required.
