Blazer Jobs is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our educational team on a part-time basis (25 hours/week) to support K12th grade students in Arcadia, Louisiana for the 20252026 school year.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and group therapy sessions

Conduct functional evaluations and write detailed reports

Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with the school team

Track progress and communicate effectively with families and staff
Qualifications (Louisiana Requirements):

Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Active Louisiana Occupational Therapy License from the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners

NBCOT certification
-
At least 1 year of professional experience in a pediatric or school-based setting
