Position Overview:
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join a supportive school-based team in the Fort Myers, FL area for the 20252026 school year. This is a contract role with both full-time and part-time schedule options, ideal for recent graduates who are ready to begin their CFY in a collaborative, student-focused environment.
Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments under supervision

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in line with students IEP goals

Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders

Work closely with a licensed SLP supervisor, teachers, and school staff

Maintain accurate records and progress notes in accordance with school and state guidelines

Attend IEP meetings and participate in the multidisciplinary team process
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) in the state of Florida

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Passion for working with children and making a meaningful impact in the school setting
