Requirements:
Applicants must meet all Minnesota state and local requirements for Speech Language Pathologist Assistants, including:

Valid Minnesota Department of Education SLPA License

Completion of an accredited SLPA training program or equivalent education and experience

Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist

Successful completion of required background checks and fingerprinting

Strong communication and collaboration skills
Typical Responsibilities:

Assist Speech Language Pathologists by implementing therapy plans and activities

Provide direct speech and language services to students under supervision

Prepare and maintain therapy materials and documentation

Monitor student progress and report observations to the supervising SLP

Support students individually or in small groups

Participate in team meetings and contribute to positive student outcomes
