Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Elementary Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) for full-time positions within school districts in the Mill Valley, CA area. This role provides an excellent opportunity to support speech and language services for elementary-aged students while working under the supervision of licensed Speech Language Pathologists.

Requirements:
Applicants must meet all California state and local requirements for Speech Language Pathologist Assistants, including:

Valid California Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) License issued by the California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board (SLPAB)

Completion of an approved SLPA training program or equivalent education and experience

Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist

Successful completion of required background checks and fingerprinting

Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff
Typical Responsibilities:

Assist licensed Speech Language Pathologists in delivering speech and language therapy

Implement therapy plans designed by supervising SLPs
-
Conduct therapy sessions with elementary students individually or in groups under supervision

Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and student progress

Prepare therapy materials and assist in classroom and therapy settings

Participate in meetings and collaborate with educational teams to support student goals
