Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Itinerant Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) for full-time roles with school districts in the Santa Clara, CA area. This position offers the opportunity to provide speech and language support services across multiple school sites, working under the supervision of licensed Speech Language Pathologists.

Requirements:
Applicants must meet all California state and local requirements, including:

Valid California Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) License issued by the California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board (SLPAB)

Completion of an approved SLPA training program or equivalent education and experience

Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist

Completion of required background checks and fingerprinting

Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage caseloads across multiple sites
Typical Responsibilities:

Assist licensed Speech Language Pathologists by delivering speech and language therapy services at multiple school locations

Implement therapy plans developed by supervising SLPs
-
Conduct individual and small group therapy sessions under supervision

Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress

Prepare materials and support classroom activities related to speech and language therapy

Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
