Job Requirements:

Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license

Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Must meet state and district qualifications for school-based practice

Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (for itinerant travel between K8 sites)
Job Duties:
-
Serve K8 students across multiple school sites in an itinerant model

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs

Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEP goals

Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student independence and participation

Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with district and state requirements
