Position Overview:
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join a collaborative team of professionals in the Aurora, CO area for the 20252026 school year. This school-based position is available as either full-time or part-time, offering flexibility to fit your schedule. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech and language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs.
Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students IEPs

Provide direct therapy services to students across various grade levels

Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Document student progress, maintain compliance records, and participate in IEP meetings
-
Support inclusive learning environments through consultative services
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
-
Active Colorado SLP license (or ability to obtain)

Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
