Job Description: The Speech-Language Pathologist will work with students to assess and treat communication disorders, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, collaborate with educators and families, and support students in achieving academic and developmental goals. The role requires compassionate communication, clinical expertise, and the ability to adapt services to meet individual student needs.
Minimum Requirements: A masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active Illinois SLP license through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR), and Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement. ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred. Candidates must also meet all state and district background check requirements.
