What Youll Be Doing
As a school-based Physical Therapist in Conway, youll work hand-in-hand with educational teams to support the motor development and physical independence of students across a range of needs. Your day-to-day will include conducting evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, and delivering therapy aligned with IEP goals. Youll have the chance to make meaningful progress with students while consulting with teachers and families to create supportive, accessible classroom environments. The work you do will directly influence a students ability to participate fully in the academic experience.
Qualifications and Licensure
To be considered for this position, applicants must hold an active South Carolina Physical Therapy license and have earned a Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. School-based experience or pediatric clinical work is highly valued. Candidates providing therapy in public schools must also comply with any district or state-level credentialing requirements. A firm grasp of IEP documentation and procedures is preferred.
