We are currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to work with students in Houston, TX. This is a full-time position for the 20252026 school year, and in-person availability is strongly preferred.
Job Requirements:

Associates degree (or higher) in a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program

Active SLPA license issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation

Previous school-based experience preferred

Must be able to work onsite full time or be open to in-person assignments

Ability to collaborate with supervising SLP and educational teams
Job Duties:

Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Assist with speech and language screenings and evaluations
-
Support implementation of IEP goals and treatment plans
-
Maintain detailed documentation of services provided

Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and SLP supervisors
