Requirements:

Active Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist License

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Must meet all state and local requirements for school-based SLPs

Virtual applicants must have prior experience in remote service delivery

Experience with special education students and families is highly preferred
Typical Job Duties:

Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations of students speech, language, and communication needs
-
Develop and implement IEPs with appropriate speech/language goals and services

Provide individual and group therapy sessions
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to support student progress
-
Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
-
Utilize teletherapy platforms (if virtual) to deliver engaging and effective services

Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and ongoing staff collaboration
