Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced and qualified Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTAs) for a full-time position supporting K12 students within school districts in the Goffstown, NH area. This role plays a vital part in helping students develop the functional skills necessary for academic and personal success.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following local and state requirements:

Associates Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active New Hampshire Board of Allied Health Professionals license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Current certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance as required by the school district

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the OT to support student development in fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living
Assist in developing classroom strategies and accommodations to improve student access and participation
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure continuity of care and progress monitoring
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and sessions
Support evaluations and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
