Position Details:

Full-time, onsite role

Provide direct social work services to students in classroom and counseling settings

Collaborate with families, educators, and community agencies to support student well-being
-
Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and facilitate group and individual counseling
-
Caseload information will be provided during the district interview
Requirements:

Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
-
Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Social Worker endorsement or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with eligibility for school social work certification

Knowledge of state and federal special education laws and regulations
-
Experience working in school settings preferred

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Proficiency with technology to maintain records and communicate effectively
