Type: Full-Time, On-Site Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide on-site speech and language services to K12 students across schools in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX Area for the 20252026 academic year. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students reach their communication potential and thrives in a collaborative, school-based setting. Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in individual and small group settings
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations using standardized assessment tools
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with students IEPs
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and parent conferences
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress and generalization of communication skills
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress reports, and compliance records
- Provide support and consultation to school personnel regarding speech and language development
Qualifications: - Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or eligibility for Texas licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFYs) will be considered with supervision available
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of IDEA, IEP documentation, and Medicaid billing (if applicable)
