Job Duties
As a school-based Occupational Therapist, you will work with students to develop and strengthen skills necessary for daily functioning and academic success. This includes performing evaluations, developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing both direct and consultative therapy services tailored to each students unique needs.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid Maryland Occupational Therapy License and be certified through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). Previous pediatric or school-based experience is preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
