Blazer Jobs is seeking a licensed and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a dedicated school team in Round Lake, IL. This full-time opportunity involves working with elementary school students to support their functional and academic success through targeted OT services.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct therapy services to students based on IEP goals.

Conduct evaluations and write reports in compliance with state and district guidelines.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.

Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress.
Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy

Active Illinois OT license

NBCOT certification

Minimum of 1 year of school-based or pediatric experience
