Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Social Worker to join our team. This position involves collaborating with educators, families, and community partners to support students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges that may impact their academic success. Details: - Start Date: Approx 08/29/2025-06/12/2026
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Caseload: Caseload K-12: but could be K-6th grade (Elementary), Middle Schools or 7-12th grade (High School), depending on the current availability at the school.
- Work with Special Ed Students on intervention support in small or moderate group settings & 1:1 with students.
Requirements: All candidates must have a Master's level education & either a Full Approval or Social Worker Certificate through the Michigan Dept of Education (or SSW 310 credential letter from their university and started application process with MDE). Benefits:
