We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Garland, Texas for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time, onsite position serves a K-12 caseload, providing direct therapy services and collaborating with educators to support student success.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students speech and language abilities

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

Maintain thorough documentation of services provided and student progress
-
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student communication needs
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Adhere to district, state, and federal guidelines related to speech-language pathology services
Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is a plus

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
