What Youll Be Doing
As a school-based School Psychologist in St. Louis, youll collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to meet the diverse academic and emotional needs of students. Your work will contribute to equitable access to education and create safe, inclusive learning environments. Key responsibilities may include:

Conducting psychological assessments and functional behavior evaluations

Supporting IEP development and eligibility decisions

Providing individual and small-group counseling

Designing and monitoring intervention plans for academic and behavioral support

Consulting with staff on student progress and strategies for success

Qualifications and Licensure
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet Missouri state licensure requirements for school psychologists. This generally includes a Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology and certification from the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. School-based experience and a deep commitment to student advocacy are strongly preferred.
