Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join a supportive elementary school team in Union City, CA for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, contract position working directly with elementary-aged students in a school-based setting.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience with special education populations is highly preferred
Primary Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

Deliver therapy services to students in individual and group settings
-
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reviews
-
Maintain accurate records and document services provided
-
Support students educational and social-emotional development
