Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists for a full-time, school-based contract role in Round Lake, IL for the 20252026 school year. This onsite position will be assigned to either an early childhood center or elementary school, depending on district needs and candidate fit.

Minimum Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology

Active Illinois SLP license and credentials

Must meet all local and state regulatory requirements for school-based practice

Strongly prefer experience with special education students and families
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Provide direct and consultative therapy services
-
Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and support staff

Maintain detailed and compliant documentation
-
Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences
-
Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
