Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology

Active Texas SLP license and credentials

Must meet all state and local requirements for school-based services

Experience working with special education students and families highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments for speech, language, and communication disorders

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
-
Provide direct and consultative therapy to high school students

Collaborate with educators, counselors, and support staff
-
Attend and participate in IEP meetings and team planning sessions
-
Maintain accurate records and documentation of services and student progress
-
Support students in building communication skills for academic and post-secondary success
