Position Summary:
Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) to join a supportive school district in the Anchorage, Alaska area for the upcoming 20252026 school year. This full-time, onsite position is ideal for a dedicated clinician ready to help students develop the communication skills essential to academic and life success.
Responsibilities: - Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input
Qualifications: - Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Alaska SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
